Care Instructions:

• Wash thoroughly before use
• Keep air valve open when heating in microwaves
• Remove lid before heating in the oven
• Use hand gloves to handle hot containers
• Avoid closing the valve immediately when food is hot
• Suitable for use in refrigerators and freezers (Max -20°C)
• Avoid thermal shock above 120°C and sudden temperature changes
• Only stack with the lid on
• If hand-washed, avoid abrasives and sharp objects; use a sponge
• Remove and wash the silicone strip in the lid if it sticks to the glass

NOTE: The Silicone strip may stick to the glass if container hasn't been used for a long time. Remove and hand wash the silicone ring, then place it back on the lid before using again.
